Located within a minute's walk from Kiyosumi Shirakawa Subway Station B1 Exit, Comfort Hotel Tokyo Kiyosumi Shirakawa offers modern rooms with free Wi-Fi. Guests can enjoy a free breakfast with bread.... Location is good, Tokyo Metro line entrance is just few meters away, convenience stores such as 7/11, Lawson and FamilyMart are 5 minutes waking distance, there are many food options nearby. The room we got was clean and ran a little bit small however totally expected in this price range/location. Bed was small but usable. Room is provided with a Kettle and fridge. During our staying of 3 days we received the set of towel changes every day even even though we put the sign of do not disturb, thumbs up. Complementary breakfast is good, exceeded my expectation since i was expecting just a basic one. They can temporarily hold your luggage after check out. Staff is super friendly. There is a self service laundry option although we never used.

The process of checkin & checkout are fast. All of the staffs are friendly & helpful. They also provide bus for visitors from their hotel to nearest train station Toyocho station altho' it's just 7 minutes walking distance. Overall my stay here is all perfect

I would like to thank the staffs on 31st January morning who helped me to find out my combination padlock. I really, really, really appreciate. Also before our stay, we had several questions to ask and the hotel staff replied so fast. I am really thankful for the Oak Hotel Edo's great help.

The hotel was very conveniently located near a subway station. There are lots of amenities close to the hotel such as 7-11/grocery stores/many many wonderful restaurants. We couldn't be happier with the location or the hotel itself. The check-in process was very simple and the host was available for any questions we had at any time.
