We had such an amazing stay and Akira-san kept our luggage for safekeeping after checkout, and even brought our bags to Shinjuku so we didn't have to worry about our luggage before our flight. The location was just amazing! the hotel is very close to both the Ginza and Asakusa metro lines, in front of a small mall that has an amazing bakery in the basement level and close to many great restaurants and shopping places. We upgraded to the superior room with a sofa to give us more room to be comfortable as we stayed for more than 2 weeks. We didn't try the breakfast so can't comment on that. There are laundry rooms, microwaves, vending machines on a few floors and free coffee all day.
