This also serves as a restaurant with an upmarket gift shop with wonderful views and helpful staff - just check the restaurant is open re evening meals as it’s seasonal but highly recommended . Car parking is free , open but quiet & safe . . A lovely experience and they spoilt us by giving us a complimentary upgrade super apartment with river mouth views. Thank you !

The historic Royal St. Andrews Hotel, Spa and Conference Center is located in Port Alfred. The place was beautiful, the blue pool, to the inside stairway made of glass. The staff is amazing from the reception on our arrival, house keeping staff and the breakfast crew. 😊

Burlington Bush Cottages by The Oyster Collection is located in Salem, just 4 miles from Viewpoint - Salem. Some rooms feature a sitting area to relax in after a busy day. What a wonderful stay! Our cottage was cozy, beautifully decorated and very well kitted out for a weekend stay. The outdoor area with the hot tub and fireplace is a great addition! Chloe was very friendly and welcoming. Overall a very restful weekend escape into the quiet bush.

Heron Place sunny self-catering garden flatlet offers accommodations in Port Alfred, 19 miles from Fish river Sun Golf Course and 20 miles from Dias Cross Memorial. Wonderful little garden flatlet behind main house. Really clean and the kitchenette has lots of items (including cooking oil which was fantastic). Nice quiet area of Port Alfred. Host was very welcoming.

The location is fabulous with great views. The hosts Frank and Linda are fantastic, always available to help. The breakfast was rich with lots to chose from. The beds are very comfortable and warm.
