The people managing the inn are really friendly and the chef prepares a great breakfast. The building is an old house with lots of charm and our room had a lot of character while also being very clean and having all the comforts. The backyard is gorgeous as well as the patio where you can have breakfat. Only the last day, we found out that there were beach chairs and towels available forthe guests for free. Great to visit Oahu by car: free parking, quiet neighborhood but still close to the highway.

Good location for exploring Oahu’s north shore. Walking access to beach opposite and short walk to Polynesian Cultural Centre which offers cultural shows (make sure you book ahead), a restaurant and food trucks) and shops. 30 min drive to Waimea Bay and Valley. 50 min drive to historic Haleiwa. 30 min drive to Kualoa Ranch. Clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and decent facilities including a small bistro offering limited but decent food options.

Char’s place is amazing by any account! The localisation is breathtaking, the view from balcony directly to the ocean is something you can’t get enough of and the apartment is delightfully decorated, with all the necessary amenities (and much more). The private pool is also pretty cool, but when you got sort of a private beach by the ocean, you don’t even use the pool that much. Also the neighbours are very nice and helpful. West Oahu is simply beautiful.

Superb location to get around Oahu by car. Very convenient shuttle to the airport (takes 5 minutes, goes every half hour). Parking place is reserved for guest. The staff was super friendly and nice. The room although small was comfortable and also very clean. Fast WiFi. Supermarket on site

The resort is beautiful , real luxury in Oahu . Its large ! It’s 1 hour away from Waikiki which we liked and the location gives you access to the north shore and the eastern part of the island .

Everything was fantastic! This is our "go to" hotel on Oahu. The setting and the sound of the birds fill the air with peace and tranquility. Absolutely love it!!!!

15mins from Waikiki and abt 35mins from the airport. Great location with nice private beach. When the front man realized my honeymoon, she gifted authentic necklaces to our couple with regards as well as champagne for welcome drink. I and my wife were very satisfied with such warmest hospitality.

the location and the quality of the hotel

The location is excellent, it is close to Ala Mo ana Mall which is one block away. Also, Walmart is just next block as well as Target. The hotel is only few minutes away from Waikiki and you can take The Bus from Ala Moana mall to Waikiki. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. The hotel serves breakfast through a partner next building where you only pay $5, the meal is good too. The room is also big and beds are comfortable.

Staff was extremely good, very polite, very helpful and very kind. One of the excellent staff I have ever come across in north American hotels. Facilities/cleanliness /comfort/Location excellent. Room/washroom were very clean. Kitchenette was extremely clean with all necessary equipment. Inside the hotel Noise was zero. Safety is 100% inside the hotel as you have to use the electronic card to open room as well to use elevators inside the hotel. Location -very close to beach, restaurants, and food stores. Wi-fi was excellent. Elevator to upper floors was very convenient and was working through out my stay. Hotel had organized various entertainment for gusts through out the week. Very friendly and very fast check in and check out. After checkout if you prefer you can keep your luggage safely in in a closed room. After checking I stayed in the lobby for another 2 hours and they provided me a electronic card to use washrooms in 2nd floor. Hot weather and warm water was excellent to enjoy my swim in Hawaii sea.

Hotel is great. Amazing stuff at the reception desk. Really amazing. So natural, with constant smile, always willing to help. So professional. Getting a beach towels and snorkeling sets were great for us. Besides, hotel is very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Large room. Perfect location. Next to the beach and the Waikiki walking promenade.

Beds were super comfy wanted to take it home with me , shower was amazing , the place had a really chilled out relaxing atmosphere and the staff where amazing.

Location, Services, Friendly staff, nice Coffee Shop in the lobby, nice Restaurant on the third floor with great views and great breakfast choices (the pancakes were amazing)

So close to the beach! Very convenient location! Best part was the staff, everyone was so friendly at each touch point of the stay. Bed was comfy and we had a view of the ocean. We are going back to Honolulu in 4 days and can’t wait to stay there again 😄

Location was perfect in the middle of everything, 1 minute walk from the main Waikiki beach, easy to get to a lot of the food places down the road, easy to get picked up by uber overall location is just perfect and the whole experience staying there was amazing
