I think it is a 'big family' owned business. The male boss is very helpful in introducing the environment and the transport and the way to navigate around AliShan and Fenqihu. The lady boss offered breakfast as a bonus. Other staff are helpful, too. Feel the safety and the protection of this property.

Located on Fenchihu Old Street, Fenchihu Hotel is only a 5-minute walk from Fenchihu Railway Station. At Fenchihu Hotel you will find a 24-hour front desk and a tour desk. Luggage storage are... The hotel is exactly as shown in the pictures, superbly located on the Old Street and just 1 minute walk from the bus stop (via a steep road). All the top walking trails are closeby, and even the fireflies area can be reached in less than 10 minutes late in the evening. The front desk staff all speak English and are cheerful and helpful. This hotel is famous for its bento box and dining area, and day-trippers flock here to eat lunch and take pictures. The room itself was large, warm and comfortable in the middle of winter, with a nice view over the rooftops even from my ground floor room (see my picture). It had a dehumidifier and I did not feel/smell any of the dampness that is common in this area. The bathroom was a little dated, but in full working condition and spotlessly clean. Plenty of hot water and good shower pressure and drainage. The floor dried up pretty quickly, due to the dehumidifier. I don't think there is a better place to stay in Fenchihu and I would love to come back and visit.

Green incense Homestay mempunyai pemandangan bandar, WiFi percuma dan tempat parking peribadi percuma di Zhuqi, 26km dari Alishan Forest Railway. The breakfast is local delicacies and taste good. The owner has his own tea field beside the stay. The sunset view is very nice.

Magnificent view of surrounding tea plantation and sea of clouds in the mornings. Decent daily breakfast with a good variety (Taiwanese and western). Owners very generous and kindly helped us with pickup and drop-off at the downtown bus stop. We would like to express our gratitude and appreciation! Room and bathroom very clean and bright. Communal fridge and cold/hot water service just outside the rooms. Location is great for visits to Alishan national park.

Our host has to be one of the kindest, friendliest, warmest people I've ever met in my life. What I thought was going to be a quick cup of tea turned into a 2 hour ritual, sampling wonderful teas from his estate, alongside other guests. The room was mega comfy and the views from the outdoor dining area were simply breathtaking. Seriously some of my favorite breakfasts in my entire life. 10/10 would recommend, come again, etc etc
