Situated in Ko Chang, a few steps from Kai Bae Beach, The Retreat, Koh Chang features accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. The hotel is beautiful and we loved everything about it. Rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. The details: lovely postcards, hats, sandals, bag to use during our stay to take things to the pool. Breakfast from 7 to 9 in the evening was also something different that we loved. The team working in the hotel was also kind and super helpful.

Seree and her parter made us feel right at home, so welcoming and warm. They were so helpful and had some really great chats. The drinks and music was also amazing! Ford, Yui, and Rung were so gracious and made our stay the best it could possibly be. Because of their efforts to go above and beyond we decided to extend our stay , we felt as if we found our home away from home and will most likely return again and again. We couldn't be happier.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay there. Alex is very kind and helpful. He arranged transport and massage for us. Massage was very good and you don’t have to go anywhere, massager is coming to beach house. Drinks are available in self service fridge, and prices are good. It’s a good quiet and beautiful place. Several good restaurants are nearby and if you want something new, ask Alex, where is Blues Blues. Thank you Alex, you are really good host.

Talking around 25% more money using his way, would never stay anywhere else in Ko chang, you couldn't find an all round hotel and owners. Nearly forgot he also has every sorting event, TV from 30 countries and all pov events. Best place on the island. Your mad if you don't stay here

We loved Koh Chang. Quiet and still not discovered by tourists at such point as Koh Samui or island or places on Krabi side. True jungle and great food, people are simply great! We recommend island trips (3 and 4 island trip) and offcourse elephant trek tour in jungle,cant miss with that ! :)
