Everything was great, the staff, the breakfast, the hotel looks and style and the location too. The bed on the standard room was a little bit too small for me and my girlfriend, because I'm a bigger muscular guy. The staff guy saw this and he offered to me a bigger room with a bigger bed, double upgrade, because that's an awesome suite for the same price. Everybody and everything is professional. We like it hear and we like Merida.

The villa I stayed in was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully appointed, making it a perfect sanctuary for relaxation. The pool area was a wonderful place to unwind and soak up the sun with an amazing view of the ocean. Puerta Del Cielo exceeded all my expectations. It's a paradise where you can disconnect, rejuvenate, and appreciate the natural beauty of the Yucatan Peninsula. Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway or a peaceful getaway, this place has it all. I can't recommend it highly enough, and I'm already planning my next visit.
