There are smaller beaches, quiet places and no cars in the close area. It feels very laid back and is the perfect place for relaxing. The hotel has a beautiful view, especially on sunset time I recommend eating in the hotel restaurant. They serve amazing home grown food which is more than delicious. The rooms are quiet and comfy. The hotel staff which is a family over several generations is lovely and made us feel like home. Prices are more than fair and I really don’t know what else to say. Do yourself a favor and stay there! :-)

If I could give Hotel Casa Sofia more than a 10 rating I would. Christian was a fantastic host, provided me with so much information prior to my arrival , collected me from the bus stop & welcomed me like family friends. Casa Sofia is spotlessly clean, very kind staff. My room was spacious comfortable bed, had all I required and a view of dreams. Bonus having a balcony to sit and relax and enjoy the view. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice and served on a beautiful terrace.

Everything was superb, second visit this year. Now all the pools are open as well.Loved the open air pool. Beach was clean and beds available. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of Italian , continental choices. Location was good , very easy to get on the local busses and visit the whole island.

The staff tried to be helpful but it was quit hard to communicate because my Italian is very bad. Google translate works though. It was very nice that they chanced our room after we complained about the smell and dirtiness.
