Patterdale Hotel ligger ved Ullswater Lake og tilbyr hjemmelaget mat, en hageterrasse og salonger med peis. Hotel Patterdale ligger mellom 2 naturskjønne fjellkjeder. It was the perfect location for our hikes and had everything we needed. The food was delicious (we booked the dinners every day and enjoyed the breakfast buffet), especially the options/adjustments for my food allergy (GF).

Offering garden views, Barton Hall Country House is an accommodation located in Pooley Bridge, 30 km from Derwentwater and 37 km from World of Beatrix Potter. Lovely accommodation and staff. Barton Hall has loads of character. Breakfast was excellent. Nice little discovery, will definitely be back!

Located within UNESCO World Heritage Site in the Lake District National Park, Waterfoot Park provides accommodation with complimentary WiFi is available in some properties. Everything was fantastic. I have stayed in hotels across the world that are not near as good as here. I will be back.

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Lowthwaite B&B is a bed and breakfast situated in a historic building in Watermillock, 13 km from Askham Hall. Jim is a superb host. He is friendly yet organised and runs a tight ship. Exactly what we needed as it takes all the stress away. The day before pre-order system for breakfast made our mornings much more relaxed which with two older kids was valuable to us. Jim was also very accomodating helping us with anything we needed, be it an extra heater or fresh towels - and we loved the daily muffins. The food here is incredible, both the range of choice and the quality, all freshly made too. Rooms are spacious, clean and have real charm. We couldn't have hoped for a more pleasant 4 night stay and our two children thoroughly enjoyed their first ever B&B experience in their two floor 'suite'. We have had to warn them though that this is probably the best they will ever stay in, downhill from here. We hope to be back next year.

Located in Patterdale and only 22 km from Askham Hall, Crookabeck B&B provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Breakfast was great!! Adam had offered to cook me a full English breakfast, however, as I was competing in the Helvellyn triathlon I was leaving early in the morning. In response, Adam cooked a BLT each for my Dad and I the night before and left it in the fridge for us the next day. Additionally, he left out a range of cereals for us for the morning. The accomodation itself was great, very clean and tidy, beautiful location, and the facilities were excellent. It even had Sky Sports!!

Set in the peaceful village of Pooley Bridge, 1863 Restaurant with Rooms is less than 500 metres from the shores of beautiful Lake Ullswater. The rooms we had was very cozy and unexpectedly luxurious for a small village. Great breakfast with lots of options to choose.

Located in Pooley Bridge in the Cumbria region, Woodhouse Lodge provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. The lodge was spotless and furnishings were so comfy. The owners have paid great attention to detail and their is everything you could possibly need. The views from the balcony is wonderful. Beautiful touches such as prosecco and fresh flowers on arrival. The hosts are on site due to being a working farm and they are so friendly nothing is to much for them. Only 10 mins walk into poorly bridge.
