The staff were all great, public rooms are lovely, gives a real sense of history and lots of cosy areas to sit in. The location is beautiful and I'd like to return in the summer when the garden is in flower. Due to one of our grandsons testing covid positive they could not join us, the hotel have generously offered us a voucher to use in the next 12 months to cover the cost of the non refundable family room. We're look forward to visiting Bartley Lodge again. Enjoyed being met on arrival by a New Forest pony at our car window.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. We had been looking at this hotel online, and on speaking to friends they said they stayed at this hotel and would recommend it. This recommendation confirmed our decision to book this hotel. The hotel was clean and our room was very comfortable. Food was excellent, and could not be faulted. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel allowed us to walk into Burley and gave us direct access on to the New Forest. Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at this hotel before and I even stayed here as a child around 30 years ago. It's a lovely hotel. The room was really spacious with plenty of storage room. The bed was lovely and comfortable. The shower is really powerful and the toiletries smell really nice. The location is perfect, in the heart of the New Forest which is such a beautiful and special area. Easy walking distance to Lyndhurst with plenty of shops and places to eat that are dog friendly.

This was our second visit to the Crown Manor House Hotel. It is located conveniently for both the new forest and the coast and is a comfortable hotel. It is a classic hotel with lots of old world charm and history. The staff are all friendly and well presented giving a feeling of real service. The room was large by most standards and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room was clean and well presented as was the bathroom which had a good shower and bath.

Spire View is a warm, cosy and comfortable apartment; equipped to meet all needs. A short walk takes you into Lyndhurst where we found a range of lovely independent shops, cafes, tea shops, restaurants and pubs. The hosts were excellent going out of their way to make our stay perfect, including adding some tasteful Christmas decorations; a thoughtful and welcoming gesture. Would definitely recommend Spire View and Lyndhurst for a visit to New Forest.

The location is perfect, easy access to Lyndhurst by car. Gorgeous surroundings of the New Forest and ponies to great you in the morning. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety to cater for every taste and preference and the quality and portions were perfect. It's very kid and dog friendly. We had a wonderful time and look forward to another stay at the Beaulieu Hotel.

The apartment was very stylish, nicely presented and very clean. The location was great, all shops and amenities just around the corner and it was a great location to explore the New Forest. There was parking and a lovely welcome box. The property owner was friendly and helpful and available on the phone and text.

A great little B&B Hotel perfectly located in the heart of Brockenhurst. Everything about our stay was wonderful, including the staff, the accommodation, the breakfast and the named car parking bays. If we’re ever in the New Forest again it would be an absolute pleasure to return. We would highly recommend.

Beaulieu is a very picturesque and busy little village well located for visiting the New Forest. The hotel was wonderful as were the staff. We stayed in the Walnut Suite which was very comfortable for our 6 night stay. Breakfast was excellent, if a little pricey. We enjoyed the Terrace restaurant too.

Unparalleled setting in the New Forest. Beautiful and charming building and grounds. Breakfasts were fine. Food in the brasserie unspectacular and uninteresting but cannot fault freshness of ingredients and execution. Receptionists and porter were professional and helpful.

The boutique room exceeded our expectations, the isolated rooms with own entrance and super high vaulted ceiling and the decor made us feel in our own house rather than a hotel room. The pub serves excellent food and Brockenhurst is perfectly located to explore New Forest.

What a charming, comfortable, friendly and peaceful hotel. Great service and food, happy staff, and beautiful walks in the forest right on the doorstep. I can highly recommend the Forest Park Country Hotel for a relaxing stay in the New Forest.

The location of the hotel is excellent, a 5 minute walk into the centre of Lyndhurst in the New Forest with shops and restaurants. Hotel is peaceful and parking is easy on the street outside. Room was immaculate. Would certainly stay again.

The Hotel is situated in a superb area being able to walk out of the back of the property onto the New Forest. All of the space and tranquillity you could want. Walking distance to the village which has 3 pubs at which to eat.

The hotel is in the middle of Lyndhurst on a main road which seems to be busy all day and much of the night. Location is good for visiting the New Forest. Staff friendly and welcoming.

Apartments are spacious clean and comfortable. The location is absolutely stunning right in the New Forest. Staff friendly and amazingly accommodating of our large wedding party.

Location of Hotel was good as it is in the centre of Brockenhurst so ideally situated for exploring the New Forest.

Location ideal for Lyndhurst and New Forest. Plenty of exceptionally hot water - possibly too hot for some.
