This was the 3rd time we stayed at Les Carmes, and it feels like coming home. It exceeded all of our expectations, as always! The lovely old building and its beautiful setting, the wonderful breakfast, the gardens, the swimming pool... but above and beyond all of this are the warm and welcoming people who are at the heart of Les Carmes. They make you feel right at home. We were sorry to have missed Pascal this year, but Minna's and Marion's presence certainly made up for it. The apero à 19h was a success thanks to them. The beach was never overcrowded because there's not too much parking in the area so we got the benefit of already waking up there and having a beach practically for yourself (at the core of the summer). And our boys would just walk out to the beach on their own.
