Located directly next to Madinet Habou Temple, Nour El Balad is located in Luxor. Wi-Fi access is available. It offers mud brick houses with cosy and traditional rooms nestled in a palm grove. The staff was incredibly welcoming, warm and attentive. the food was absolutely delicious and all prepared at home. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the space was in a rural area amongst cabbage farms and green fields. They have a nice terrace with sweeping views of the fields, mountains behind the Valley of the Kings and around the corner of the Habu temple and very close to the Colossus of Menon.

A Luxor bejáratánál épült Al Moudira Hotel az egyetlen palota, amely a Nílus nyugati partján található. A keleti hangulatú szálloda kupoláit és kültéri pihenősarkait arabeszkek díszítik. Surprisingly a lot of locals don’t know about this place! It is truly the definition of a hidden gem because there is nothing impressive about the road there or the entryway from the road, but when you step in, you might as well have been transported to a different place! This is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at in my life! Every detail in the design is intentional and stunning! It is an oasis in a desert with palm trees, green plants and colorful flowers everywhere! As well as water fountains along the walk ways. The receptionist greeted me with a cold towel which I appreciated because it was so hot and offered me a glass of hibiscus juice! This was so refreshing because I had been on the road for hours! Every room here is different and ours was nothing short of a page taken out of the most romantic novel. The beds were so comfortable and the natural toiletries felt good on my skin and smelled so good! I will be back for my honeymoon in 2024! Don’t hesitate to book this magical hotel!

Luxor kihagyhatatlan, látni kell mind a keleti parti nevezetességeket (Karnak és Luxor mindenképp), de a nyugati parton a Királyok Völgye is kihagyhatatlan. A Nílus partján hangulatos éttermek, kávézók vannak. Hajózni is érdemes, ha lehet, vitorlással.

Éjszakánként akár € 22-értIt is an excellent family run hotel. Naser, the owner is a very nice, person helping with every issue even beyond expectations. I had a very pleasant stay in Ramsess Hostel. Mindenkinek szivböl ajánlom ezt a kellemes, családias hangulatú panziót, akár egyéni utazóknak, akár pároknak vagy csládoknak. Ha újra Luxorban járnék ugyanitt szállnék meg. Naser, a tulajdonos nagyon segítökész, aki mindent egyszerüen és gyorsan megold, emellett pedig mosolygós, müvelt és kiváló társaság. Csak ajánlani tudom a helyet.

Az apartmantól nem messze található a kompállomás, ahonnan a keleti partra lehet hajózni. Az utcában több étterem is van. A személyzet kedves, a szemben lévő étteremben jó volt a vacsora.

the host Abdul and his team is super helpful and always there for the guests, our stay was super smooth thanks to their help. the view is superb, local is actually quite good- you do need a boat to go across to the east bank, but Abdul always helps arrange it in time. the gentleman Hussian who rides the boat is also super friendly and helpful. there are plenty of restaurants nearby, we didn’t explore them all but the Nile Rose was quite nice and cheap. We really enjoyed our stay
