One of Vancouver Island’s most comfortable and welcoming stay experiences, the Old House Hotel has it all: location; spacious, individually designed suites; inviting amenities such as kitchenettes and... It was our first time staying at this property - the staff were lovely. There was a bit of confusion at check-in as our friends arrived earlier than we did and as we made the booking they were unable to check-in without us initially. The front desk staff were able to speak with me over the phone and following their protocols, were able to check-in our friends by using their CC as the card on file. Also, we were given a complimentary upgrade from a 1 bedroom suite to a 2 bedroom suite which was a lovely surprise and very much appreciated.

We were very pleased with our choice of hotel and found it excellent. Its quality exceeds many 4 star hotels. Attractive lobby and dining areas. The rooms were very comfortable and well furnished. We could open the window rather than relying on aircon. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Our family loved the indoor pool and slide. Staff had good eating recommendations. I would happily stay there again and definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed in superior queen room with a balcony. Room was big, and it had everything we needed, including microwave, fridge, TV, and sofa. Friendly staff and great location; ample breakfast (continental). We'll be coming back for sure!

Dağ bisikleti muhafazası ve bünyesinde bisiklet mağazası sunan bu restore edilmiş tarihi hostel, Vancouver Adası'ndaki Cumberland'de yer almaktadır. Gorgeous hostel, very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Had everything we needed. Cute little guest garden where we sat and listened to a concert being hosted next door. Great community. Made me want to move in! I was really sad I only booked one night. Lots of interesting things to do around the place, amazing local trails, restaurants and a local museum. Highly recommend a visit to Cumberland and this hostel, it was one of my trip highlights.
