Located in a beautiful green park, La Butte aux Bois is a stylish hotel from 1924 with luxurious rooms and an elegant restaurant at the entrance of National Park Hoge Kempen. Very welcoming and comfortable. The staff went out of their way on both visits to make sure that my two small dogs and I were happy - the beds, bowls and treats for my dogs were much appreciated. My meals were truly delicious and as it happens, I had room service during my stay - all perfect and on time, including early breakfasts.

Hotel Zuid is a family-run hotel with a peaceful and beautiful location at one of the entrances of the National Park Hoge Kempen, one of the biggest national park in Belgium. We had an excellent stay. The staff is great and really welcoming. The hotel is very nice decorated and the restaurant as a very good kitchen. Our room was very cosy and clean, we could relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Also the location is quiet and we were happy to have free parking at the hotel. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice. Everything was really fresh. We can definitely recommend this place.

The stylish Hotel Stiemerheide is uniquely located in the Limburg Kempen and was built in an English cottage style. The hotel provides a free swimming pool and sauna for guests. The staff were super nice and helpful. It was my birthday and they rustled up a special birthday for me, much appreciated. The pool and sauna were lovely and fortunately not too busy.

We had a very comfortable and homely stay at Pietersheim - in wonderful, quiet surroundings. I really enjoyed my early morning walks round the old moated castle ruin. The place is a gem!
