Beautiful hotel in a fabulous location. The staff were exceptional. They balance professionalism with appropriate humour and friendliness. I was treated royally on my birthday.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional, nothing was too much trouble, they were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious.

Jõusaali, tasuta eraparkla, aia ja restoraniga The Manor House at the Queen Victoria Hotel by NEWMARK asub Kaplinnas, 1,3 km kaugusel Mouille Pointi rannast. The entire staff was so welcoming and helpful. I was sad to leave them. Llewelyn was especially great, as was the bartender No More. I world like to again say thank you to them snd to everyone else!

The staff were extremely friendly especially the man that cooked the eggs and has been there for 27 years. The food at breakfast was amazing. As it was our Silver Wdding Anniversary they spoilt us with beautiful rose petals and wine and chocolates in our room and a lovely cake at breakfast on our anniversary morning. We stayed here 25 years ago when we got married and loved it then and so wanted to go back for our anniversary. Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff and we LOVED it
