This is my 3rd time staying and furthermore i decided to extend my stay for 20 more days Trust me this is the best place for short and long term stay. Everything is just perfect and that includes fully equipped apartment with all required things including a smart TV with DIGITAL tv service to international English channels. Everything is exactly the same as in the photos. With a balcony to wash clothes including SMART RFID door locks. Everything private and clean. The staff here is really friendly and they will make sure the stay in top notch perfect Room is cleaned and made up every single day which includes daily fresh towels. They are really hard working and do ther best to keep the room clean Winmart is just 70 metres One supermarket is just outside the apartment and pharmacy is just right next to this apartment too including other coffee shops and best thing is west lake is just few metres away around 100 metrea and can take a walk everyday around.

My brother and I spent about a week here in this new hotel with some nice amenities. The infinite pool facing the West Lake was like no other. The staff provided excellent service and hospitality. Patrick at the front desk was very attentive and helpful. He offered recommendations for places and even called around to make reservations for us. This is a lifesaver when you don't speak the local language, nor have the time to wait around on the phone. Highly recommended for visitors who wants to have a relaxing time and let the professional handles the reservations and coordinations.

It is so peaceful and relaxing here. Everything about Lua is great! The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionists Kim & Vu who are super nice. I stayed here 5 nights and wanted to stay longer...but I certainly will be back again. You won't regret staying here.

A big, clean and comfortable appartment with a kitchen, little living room and a nice bathroom. It is located next to the West lake, a bit further from the busy city centre which we liked. We had our laundry done for free.

Ideally set in the Tay Ho district of Hanoi, Crescendo Boutique Studio - STAY 24h is set 3.3 km from West Lake, 4.5 km from Quan Thanh Temple and 5 km from Hanoi Old City Gate. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay in Hanoi. The location is great, just on the center of Westlake within walking distance to many places of interest. Breakfast was great and we had lunch two times which was also very nice and reasonably priced. What stands out is the service, we experienced great hospitality from each member of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and we were taken care of very well which is a great feeling when staying in a hectic city like Hanoi. Please keep up this standard. This is my first choice when in Hanoi and when I will go back. Thank you for the 5 stars service!
