Ár-értél arányban egyszerűen tökéletes volt a szálloda! A személyzet kiemelkedően kedves volt. Privát autóval szállítottak minket a tengerpartra és a kikötőbe is, hogy ne kelljen sétálni. A reggeli és az étterem kínálata és személyzete is tökéletes volt. Külön kiemelném az étteremben dolgozó, mindig bordó inget viselő fiatal lány kedvességét. Minden étteremben ilyen emberek kellenének! A hotel csak 4* de bőven megérdemelné az 5*-ot.

The crew worked hard creating a welcoming, pleasant atmosphere. The outings were really great, especially kayaking. Everything felt a bit rushed.

Had a wonderful time with the crew who were informative and fantastic. There was a lot of delicious, and the meals were very filling. One of the crew members was an exceptional karaoke singer who was very enthusiastic.

Pin khi was delightful and hard working. The room and shower was great. The view from the harbour is beautiful. You can hire electric bikes and the location for the ferry and cruises was perfect. The place looks new and well cared for. We had to go to the village to find a pharmacy and Pinkhi offered free use of the bikes. She was so kind and helpful. Did not speak very good English but used Google translate to communicate so she helped with everything we needed. A memorable experience in Halong Bay.

Facing the beachfront, Mila Cruises offers 4-star accommodation in Ha Long and features a fitness centre, terrace and restaurant. We where picked up on time from Hanoi.. Arrived at boat and was very happy with the rooms. Great view from bed! The lunch and dinner was a great standard! The cruise manager was very helpful and all staff very helpful and friendly! Thanks also to bar manger who was very friendly during happy hour. Cooking demo was a nice touch. All in all great trip for 2 days and would recommend to all. Company very professional.

Facing the beachfront, Grand Pioneers Halong Bay Cruise 1 - former Essence Grand Halong Bay Cruise 1 offers 5-star accommodation in Ha Long and features a shared lounge, terrace and bar. Fabulous cruise and well worth the money. This is once in a lifetime experience for me personally and I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I was able to meet other solo travelers and we had an amazing time together. The excursions were really fun and there was a never ending supply of food for the guests. The pool was amazing and so was the happy hour. Alcohol isn’t included in the fare but the prices aren’t that bad (even for a luxury cruise). The gym is excellent and I was able to sneak in an early morning workout. Fortunately, the weather was great when we were on the cruise and the sunset was fabulous to watch. Halong Bay had a lot of cruises around the area but I wouldn’t call it crowded. Also, amazing customer service. The pickup from Hanoi, the waiting area in Halong, the boarding and disembarking and finally the drop off. Essence Grand is running a fabulous service here and I wouldn’t hesitate to pay for it. The staff are quite amazing and honestly, they are the biggest reason why this cruise is a massive success. Thank you so much for making it a fabulous trip.
