Built in 1874, this Victorian bed and breakfast is surrounded by lush landscaped gardens and 3 blocks of city parks. It features gourmet breakfast and evening wine tastings. The ambiance and breakfasts were excellent. The wine tasting and food served in the afternoon were also excellent. We enjoyed them all !

The pool is small and comfortable to sit around Overall one of our best stays in Santa Barbara in a great boutique hotel

This hotel is within 3.2 km of the Santa Barbara Zoo and Leadbetter Beach and Park. We offer complimentary Wi-Fi and a Starbucks Coffee shop right outside our doors. Amazing location, lovely hotel with beautiful lobby. Our room was on the smaller side but perfectly fine for the 1 night that we were there. The valet service was great, and we took two of the free bikes for a spin down the pedestrianised road that the hotel is on, and down along the beach. So much fun.
