Staff were excellent, friendly, always smiling and very very helpful. Gave us a map of the area, pointing out where the hotel is and where other key points of interest were, also provided a list of recommended places to eat/drink, two if which we tried and both were excellent. Breakfast was good and plenty of it.

The fact that there is parking is also such luxury, as that can be quite hard to find in St Aug. Everything was truly wonderful and we couldn't be happpier with our stay at Bella Bay Inn.

Gorgeous architecture plus the hotel itself is stunning. The hotel restaurant is great as is their staff. Cleaning staff were amazing.

This Saint Augustine Agustin Inn is 322 metres to Castillo de San Marcos and the Spanish Quarter Museum. The Inn is in the perfect location for the historic downtown area. All the staff team at the Agustin were friendly and welcoming. nothing was too much trouble. breakfast was interesting, with something new everyday. we enjoyed the daily happy hour and the chance to converse with other guests. free parking was also. a bonus. An enjoyable stay.
