The facilities, an industrial feel in a highly positive sense. I mulled about this hotel vs the Westin, and made the RIGHT choice.

Loved everything about the hotel, the decor, rooftop bar with lovely views over the Mississippi, cleanliness and comfortable beds. The location was perfect - a couple of minutes walk from Beale Street. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.
