I booked the king suite, but it was such a great price I had it in my head it was a king room. Nope. I was absolutely gobsmacked at the size of what is essentially a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. Immaculately clean, with a gorgeous, enormous open plan studio for the main sleeping area. I swear it was designed just for me in the style I love. A large fridge freezer, full washer and dryer. It could’ve used a microwave, but really there were plenty of options for dining in the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful to everyone who walked through the door. I got there before my suite was ready so I was directed to the lounge area on the fifth floor. A lovely, huge common area with an outside area. Honestly, everything was amazing about my stay. I will definitely book here again for a longer period when I come to LA again.

The entrance, lobby, elevator, hallways & rooms all smelled delicious all the time. Very friendly staff. Clean & crisp shared areas & rooms. Good coffee machine & complimentary pastry. Lovely staff, very accommodating & friendly.
