Perfect location - near shops and restaurants! Loved the suite/ had its own kitchenette, huge living room and dining room… room service was so good too!

Kasa Magnificent Mile Chicago is well located in the centre of Chicago, and provides a fitness centre and free WiFi. The location in the city was great for us - a good walk to the venues we had to attend and ideal for accessing River North restaurants. The room was spacious, the view from the windows and balcony were epic and the facilities were adequate for our requirements

Welcoming staff, beautiful and well-appointed rooms, and a prime location if you want to get to the river quickly. The view in the lobby is stunning, and I could have spent hours just exploring the unique art on every floor. The Langham delivers what it promises: luxury.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Gym facilities were clean and good quality. Lovely location.

The location and the hotel was very good. When we checked in we requested a high rise with a good view. They managed to give us a good view on the 10th floor which was good enough for us.
