Staff on duty were very friendly and provided prompt service. The mountain view is spectacular and the room comes with a smart tv, microwave, and a big fridge (that is very cold). There is also a washing machine, although I didnt use it, so not sure if it works. I suspect it does, as the hotel provides laundry detergent. Housekeeping does and excellent job of keeping the room tidy, and will mop the entire room. I am impressed by the standard of cleanliness maintained. All in all, very value for money.
