The staff was very helpful, Jan and Alina and Valentina, and especially the person from the check-in, I am sorry I forgot his name, who helped us to register the car number for the free parking spots. The hotel is very clean, has good service and is very well connected by street car to city center. And no problem with public transportation tickets as you can buy them by card from the machine in the vehicle.
