Well set in Porto, Ribeira Douro Hotel features 2-star accommodation close to Palacio da Bolsa and Ferreira Borges Market. Reception was welcoming, staff was friendly, breakfast offered variety, rooms were clean, and the location near the river was perfect. Highly recommended.

Situated in Porto’s Ribeira district, this 4-star hotel is situated in a refurbished, historic building overlooking the Douro River. It offers air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi. Loved everything about our stay! The most perfect location, and we were upgraded to a room with the river view. Truly grateful and definitely would stay here again and again and again!

Offering city views, Guest House Douro is an accommodation located in Porto, 200 metres from Ferreira Borges Market and 800 metres from Sao Bento Metro Station. Location and staff were excellent! Breakfast was jaw dropping continental. Local music and food right outside and a beautiful view of the Douro. Fairly short walk across the bridge on lower level. Upper level is a climb. Close to most attractions. All staff were friendly and so willing to help. Room was small, but comfortable and had a balcony over the river. Cold A/C. A magical place & would recommend! Go see the 3 Beatles street singers across the bridge in the evening and have a glass of Cava watching the sun set .
