Персонал дружелюбный.

Этот отреставрированный мадейрский особняк расположен в 900 м от исторической части города Фуншал. С террас и из сада отеля ARTS IN Conde Carvalhal открывается живописный вид на море, город и горы. We loved staying at this place. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The view from the room and terrace was really beautiful. And the garden around the hotel is very nice and well looked after. The hotel is not far away from the centre, but the neighbourhood is peaceful. We had everything we needed in the room. I highly recommend this place, and I would definitely stay here again.

Alexandra is a great host, super friendly, and helpful. She personally welcomed us, even though we arrived very late. The room was super comfortable, and the breakfast was great, fruit, bread, cheese, ham, yogurt and some sweets 😋. She also have some fruit and welcome snacks ready for us.

Luciano and Orlando are very kind and welcoming. Luciano made an effort to fulfil our requests on check-in and his colleague Orlando checked us in relatively late on a Friday evening. They gave us the best advices on the best places to eat espetadas, fish and bolo do caco. And also where to drink poncha close by. It was a very good advice to avoid driving after drinking a 50% alcoholic drink 😅 The facilities are great and depending on the room you book, the views are amazing with views to the ocean and the east part of the city. The building has an underground parking and they give you the keys for you to park inside, which is extremely handy given the lack of parking in the public streets all over the city. We didn't use because we went in January, but they also have a swimming pool on the rooftop!

Просторные, идеально чистые, прекрасно оборудованные апартаменты с умопомрачительным видом на Фуншал и бескрайний океан. В апартаментах есть абсолютно всё, что может вам пригодиться. Просторная ванная комната. Удобный раскладывающийся диван (если вас больше двух). Хозяева Андреина и Алекс радушные люди, всегда на связи и готовы помочь. Спасибо!

Agnelo Comfort - Accommodation H V — это гостевой дом в городе Фуншал, расположенный в 1 км и 14 км соответственно от таких достопримечательностей, как Порт Фуншала и Утес Кабу-Жиран. We had an amazing stay at this comfortable apartment! Central location to the market across the street and grocery stores and bus and the waterfront promenade. It felt like we were locals going to the grocery store and taking the bus, not like tourists! The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need! We loved it! Jose was a wonderful host and he was in touch with us from the moment we landed at the airport and any time we had a question he was quick to answer all of our questions! We didn't have a problem with noise from the market early morning but we always travel with a white noise machine so we didn't hear anything. We found the bed super comfortable. We were there for almost 2 weeks and cannot wait to go back to Madeira and hope that Jose's apartment is available when we do!! Thank you so much Jose!!

Perfect location - close to the city by walk. Great to have parking as this is generally problematic in Funchal. However, the parking space is very small (some of the parking is in the yard, some is in the garage - we had a space in the yard and rented a small Seat). The apartment is as it is in the photos. Everything was fine. Nice, clean, fragrant. Especially one of the bedrooms has a breathtaking view all the way down to the harbor. There is a small balcony by the living room - table + 4 chairs, the fifth can be added from the room (so no problem). We would love to come back! Thank you.

Our host was great, she gave us a lot of useful informations and tips about the best places in Funchal. The apartment was very spacious with fully equipped kitchen. There was a parking lot close by which we really appreciated while renting a car. Overall a great experience.
