Clean and quick service. Security was always courteous and ready to assist.

Nestled in Mandaluyong City’s financial and commercial district is the luxurious Edsa Shangri-La, Manila. staff was very accommodating and friendly, property was very clean, the pool is great. the food is fantastic, breakfast buffet is amazing and the diner one to. the nearby shangri la mall was great.

Set in Manila and with Shangri-La Plaza reachable within 500 metres, The Westin Manila features concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar. Aside from the room and the facilities my family truly enjoyed, the staff were helpful. There was no moment that the staff failed to greet or assist us in whatever way they could. The food was excellent. Special thanks to Reservations Supervisor Hany Jayco, who went out of her way to help us. Our stay was so comfortable and relaxing after going through some difficult times.
