Located in Auckland, 2.6 km from Masefield Beach, Park Hyatt Auckland provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. King room was stunning with sitting/dining area, huge secluded balcony.Responsive, friendly staff. Sauna and hot tub area lovely. I had 2 massages at the spa, both excellent. Room service menu expansive and included healthy options. Location right on the quay.

We had a huge soaker tub and the bed was very comfortable. The room was quite large. The folks at reception were very helpful and answered all of our questions promptly.

Located at the Viaduct Basin Entertainment Area, surrounded by restaurants and bars, this hotel boasts beautiful views of Viaduct Harbour Basin. We had a wonderful stay at the Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbor. The location right on the water in Viaduct Harbor was perfect. The hotel facilities are excellent, including the room and spa. The breakfast buffet food selection was extensive and everything was wonderful. Finally, all staff were very helpful and friendly.
