But, my highest score go to the reception staff. A girl, whose name I am unable to recall, took the task of finding my lost backpack on an express train from airport to Seoul. She made her calls and gave me the right information to pick it up at Seoul metro station. It was fantastic!

Everything about this hotel is amazing. Every staff member we encountered was polite, extremely helpful, and we definitely felt like treasured guests. Loved the Nespresso pods for in-room coffee, comfortable beds, and luxurious bathroom. I'm still talking about our stay here!!

Marriott Executive Apartment Seoul features self-catering 5-star apartments, just 600 metres from Yeouido Subway Station (Line 5 and 9) . We are family of four (2 kids 2 adults). The hotel staff have been super helpful and friendly right from the very beginning to the end of our stay. They were friendly to the kids and gave them small gifts (it was halloween) and colouring gift boxes. Every where we go there are smiley faces. Room is spacious and clean. Convenient store under the hotel so we can buy things that we need. Breakfast was nice and they even helped to take photos and put our kids face on our cappuccino. We didn’t ask for it. The staff have been so eager to help and we are pampered.
