Centrally located in Gangnam-gu, the luxurious Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas is a 5-minute walk from Samseong Subway Station (Line 2). The staff members really offer excellent hospitality since the day I arrived until checking out. The room is very specious compared to other hotels in Seoul.

The staff were fantastic. So helpful. We are cycle touring and they looked after us so well. Room was exceptionally clean, great to have nespresso and water each day.

The subway exit is right in front of the hotel haha.. so convenient! The AC system is so sufficient. It was freezing during the days we visited Seoul. It was like minus 16°C but we didn't feel a bit of coldness inside the room, warm and cozy. Very nice. The carpet is also super clean.

Easily one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed at. The workout facilities and pools were phenomenal. The room was exceptional. The staff were kind and accommodating. I would be delighted to stay there or at another Ananti property in the future.

It's super close to a metro station, Sinsadong and Garousu-gil, which is a great area to explore during the day and night. Staff were attentive and helpful. A complimentary, daily refreshed mini-bar was a bonus! Rooms are spacious for Korea and well designed. The gym was pretty good for a small hotel. We stayed in a room with an accessible bathroom, and, while there was no shower screen, the room dried very quickly - you could even dry laundry overnight.

This hotel exceeded a lot of my expectations as a 5 star hotel (especially the changing rooms, sauna and the gym - this is a point of interest that you definitely have to check out if you stay at this hotel; they offer free socks, free running shoes, free gym clothes and unlimited refrigerated water and you get 3 lockers to yourself to put your belongings, jackets, bags and stuff - it’s pretty amazing since I’ve stayed at plenty of 5 star hotels) I do like everything about Josun apart from its remote location from the shopping areas in Gangnam. The customer service is off the charts by the way. the staff were so kind and helpful. and the rooms are immaculately clean with plenty of water bottles replenished all the time throughout the day. The cleaning team are good. I will definitely return to Josun Palace the next time I stay here in Seoul
