Staff was very helpful when i had troubles for my delayed luggage. they helped me contact the courier and assured that they'll call me if there are any news about it. Location of hotel was very nice, walking distance to Tokyo dome, which was very convenient during the eras tour.

It was quiet at night and I had a really comfortable stay. Staff were also friendly and helpful. I had a great stay here, I would definitely stay again if I come back to Tokyo.
