A special thanks to Ms. Chinami Kamada. Our rental car broke down one morning just when we were about to go out. She went above and beyond to help us. We don't speak Japanese. She called the rental car company and arranged the roadside assistant company to come. She also asked us to leave the car key with her and took the shuttle bus to the slope so we don't waste our vacation time. When we came back in the afternoon, our car was fixed!
