Super nice and helpful staff. A special thanks to Ms. Chinami Kamada. Our rental car broke down one morning just when we were about to go out. She went above and beyond to help us. We don't speak Japanese. She called the rental car company and arranged the roadside assistant company to come. She also asked us to leave the car key with her and took the shuttle bus to the slope so we don't waste our vacation time. When we came back in the afternoon, our car was fixed!

Boasting ski-to-door access, The Maples Niseko is set in Niseko, a minute's walk from Niseko Grand Hirafu. All rooms feature a dining area and a kitchen with a dishwasher. Very high end hotel, brand new, very friendly staff, but very western so depends on what you are looking for, would stay again for sure. Thanks for the great visit.

The ski-in ski-out is also great, meters away from the Hirafu Gondola. The hotel in general is incredible. The room is comfortable, and the staff was very kind.
