Amazing complementary breakfast buffet. Location is perfect for those spending time on slopes. Renting snow gear is easy and staff is super friendly. One of the best places I have stayed at ever, period.

Located in Niseko, 1.8Km from Grand Hirafu Mountain center Ski Area, Midtown Niseko provides accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a bar and a shared lounge. Super nice and helpful staff. A special thanks to Ms. Chinami Kamada. Our rental car broke down one morning just when we were about to go out. She went above and beyond to help us. We don't speak Japanese. She called the rental car company and arranged the roadside assistant company to come. She also asked us to leave the car key with her and took the shuttle bus to the slope so we don't waste our vacation time. When we came back in the afternoon, our car was fixed!

Very high end hotel, brand new, very friendly staff, but very western so depends on what you are looking for, would stay again for sure. Thanks for the great visit.

The bus service that ran between the hotel and town, was amazing. It’s only a 12 minute walk to to town if you don’t get the bus

The ski-in ski-out is also great, meters away from the Hirafu Gondola. The hotel in general is incredible. The room is comfortable, and the staff was very kind.
