The location is really good, just opposite to the elevator from Nagoya station exit 10 connect to L2 exit. So it was so convenient to travel with luggage and baby cart! A slightly unusual small inn in a downtown shopping street near Nagoya Station. Opened in April 2015. The japanese style room was absolutely gorgeous, and one of the workers at Nagonoya was super helpful and went above and beyond! I needed to make a reservation at a specific restaurant that's hard to get one at and I didn't have a japanese phone number so she made the call for me and managed to get me one despite their reluctance without a phone #. I'm just really sad we didn't get to see her again to say thank you since we got back late and checked out early before they opened. 電話でレストランの予約をして手伝ってくれて本当にありがとうございました！！超感謝しています！次回名古屋に旅行するとまた「なごのや」でステイして嬉しくなります。
