Fantastic location, helpful staff, great amenities, gorgeous room. Convenient coin laundry. This room had everything I could’ve asked for and a wonderful bath if we could have spent our entire stay in Japan in this room but also seen all of the other cities we travelled to that would’ve been the best of both worlds.

We love and absolutely adore the hospitality and professonalism of the staff at Mimaru Suites Kyoto Central. They were helpful to our needs and request and did a fantastic job of making our stay pleasant. I was traveling with my wife and young 5 year old daughter. Whenever we needed help with the restaurant reservations, they were always accomodating and helped us. They also presented me with a lovely and thoughtful birthday card during my stay. I will definitely stay here again with my family. Room was spacious and clean and location was convenient. There were numerous carparks near the hotel for those who are driving so it is not a hassle to find a carpark space. Thank you very much to the staff for giving us a wonderful experience.

Honestly, I loved everything about this hotel and the experience I had staying here. The moment we walked into the lobby, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I love them so much! We were given a nice drink to enjoy while doing the check-in process and our rooms were spacious and the beds were the most comfortable beds I slept on during my 2-week trip to Japan.

This little gem of a hotel is hidden in a quiet corner of Kyoto and conveniently close to many attractions. Wonderfully decorated, very clean, and well-managed, it's a true gem. The spacious room had plenty of space for 3 beds and a separate Japanese-style dining area. The huge bathroom even included a washer/dryer. It's a wonderful boutique hotel and an excellent value for money. We simply loved it.

Open from November 2018, located in Kyoto and 500 metres from Kyoto International Manga Museum, MIMARU Kyoto Shinmachi Sanjo has rooms with free WiFi access. Our family of five, including three young children, had an unforgettable stay at Mimaru Hotel Kyoto. The reception staff's kindness and helpfulness made us feel truly welcome. Despite the hotel's quiet location, it was conveniently close to Kyoto's main attractions, making it easy for us to explore with the kids. Returning to our comfy room with its thoughtful amenities after a day of adventures was a highlight for all of us. We highly recommend Mimaru Hotel for families seeking a perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility in Kyoto.
