Set on the peaceful banks of Giudecca Island, the Hilton Molino Stucky is a former flour mill refurbished to become a unique hotel. -The location: Away from the noise of the center. Beautiful scenery. -The shuttle: punctual and frequent. You would need to pay a fixed cost for the shuttle though (just once throughout the stay): Around 10 € which is very reasonable. -The service Special thanks to Elisa Necci from guest relation who was professional and helpful in arranging a special occasion for us. She was attentive to details and easy to communicate with.

Viesnīca Giudecca Venezia atrodas mierpilnajā salā Giudecca. Viesiem tiek piedāvāti plaši, eleganti numuri ar koka siju griestiem. Sv. Room was larger than I expected. European ancient cities usually have small buildings with small rooms. Also furniture was new, there was a small fridge, and the bed was pretty confortable. Hotel is 15 minutes from Piazza San Marco and 25 minutes from train station, both by public transportation.

Set just 1 km from La Grazia Island, Maison Boutique Al Redentore offers accommodation in Venice with access to a fitness centre, a garden, as well as a 24-hour front desk. The hotel is only a year old (as of 2024), and is built within an old monastery. The other half of the L-shaped building is still a monastery, but it’s quite separate. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and that location is very quiet.

In the Giudecca district of Venice, close to La Grazia Island, Casa Eden has a garden and a washing machine. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. Dino was such a kind a gracious host:) The apt was absolutely charming and comfortable for 4 people. The garden was truly the garden of eden..complete with turtles. We hated to leave. Thank you Dino for the most enjoyable stay during our trip of a lifetime!

Angela di Venezia House offers accommodation in Venice, 1.1 km from St. Mark's Square. This apartment offers accommodation with free WiFi and air conditioning. It is a quite spacious and beautiful apartment, only about 10 minutes by boat away from Piazza San Marco. AC is located in the bedroom and works very well. The kitchen is great, and the fridge was prefilled with milk, eggs, butter etc., and we got some fruit, crackers and cookies. Coffeemaker with coffee is also there. Angela was very nice, showed us around and explained everything to us, which went very smoothly despite us not speaking italian (but a little bit portuguese). Her son Federico provided us with tons of information, how to get there, where we could park and how to reach the apartment from there, nice restaurants, directions to stuff and even an upcoming public transport strike and how to avoid getting stranded during this time. We had a great time, thanks a lot :-)
