Boasting a shared lounge, The Moon Boutique Hotel & Spa is set in Florence, a 10-minute walk from Fortezza da Basso and 800 metres from Santa Maria Novella Train Station. Newly renovated family-owned boutique hotel within easy walking distance to most of the most important sites of Florence. The breakfast is excellent and only surpassed by the downstairs Spa which is a wonderful way to recover after a long day of visiting the sites. Excellent value and location in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to the historic city center.

The hotel is very clean and new, including bed linens and towels. Nice toiletries, room slippers and bath robe. Complimentary coffees, teas and waters on the first day. Located in a quite street, is near main interest points (10 to 25 minutes walking), 10 minutes from main train station and T2 tram from the airport. City buses stops also near (we used mostly the C2). The inconvenience of not serving breakfast turned out to not be a problem as there is a great patisserie 3 min away (Gamberini). They have a room to leave your luggage before/ after check in/out. Would stay here  again!
