The location was a little on the sketchy side but not too far from the parties and night life. During the day however there wasn't much to do but luckily it is right around the corner from the metro.

Situated within 200 metres of Gazi - Technopoli and less than 1 km of Ancient Agora of Athens in the centre of Athens, Athenian Spirit features accommodation with free WiFi and seating area. Great staff, great and clean rooms, great room service, safe and lively area. 100% Recommend. When I go back to Athens this is where I'll stay.

I only stayed here two nights but it was a really perfect little one-bedroom apartment that was as neat as a pin and very comfortable. It was right around the corner from an abundance of cafes, restaurants and clubs in Gazi but was extraordinarily quiet. Very easy getting in and out with the key in a lockbox. Right on the street but all the windows are frosted for privacy. There is a perfect two-story taverna right on the corner too where I had a few excellent and very affordable meals. The apartment was immaculate and had all the amenities - A/C, a very comfortable bed and bedding, a little back patio (that I never used), a little front outside area with a little table, a great kitchen, a washing machine, etc.

Everything was exactly like in the description, short walk from the subway station. Very spacious. Host was very helpful and responsive, even arranged for an early and late check in/out to accommodate my flight schedule.
