Their knowledge, attention to detail, and personalized approach made me feel valued and well-cared for. I highly recommend staying here for a truly unforgettable experience, where the exceptional staff sets a new standard in hospitality, the ladies at the spa took care of me and my mom while i was sick. The people who checked us in and out were amazing by accommodating our needs and offering workaround solutions for a very late checkout. The staff at the in room dyeing and most of all the cleaning staff they were the actual heroes of the whole experience. I love them all from the moment we walked until we left we were treated like one of their own families. This is my real honest opinion

The service, the breakfast and the cocktail bar were impressive. The beds, the linen, and the amenities were as luxurious as one would expect for such an establishment.

Very comfotable room and very well located, good breakfast, a very quiet room for us at our request, reception staff very helpful. Thank you!

Ubytovanie sa nachádza v atraktívnej lokalite v Londýne v štvrti Westminster 8 min. I’ve stayed in a lot of 2-star inns and hotels in Pimlico and this was by far the best one. Bed was comfortable, towels were big enough, there was an electric kettle with tea and coffee, safe and a hair dryer. The location is of course amazing - 10 min walk from Victoria station and the staff was super nice and friendly. I was in a basement room, but had access to a patio in an inner courtyard, which was a great bonus, since I’m a smoker and didn’t have to go out on the street every time I wanted to smoke. Highly recommend it if you’re on a budget, but want to be close to West End.
