Best Western Kings Manor in Edinburgh offers free WiFi, a 20-metre swimming pool and a gym. Portobello Beach is just 10 minutes’ walk from the building. Staff is veri kind and helpful. Hotel is nice and clean, breakfast is delicious and various.

Offering a shared garden and city view, at 300 metres from Portobello Beach and 3 km from Arthurs Seat. We were warmly welcomed, there were delicacies in the fridge and on the table. Anne was always available for information. I would book the flat again at any time. To summarise, a great city and accommodation.

Breakfast was a whole variety of delicious dishes, home made and beautiful. The sea front is only a few steps away and I enjoyed walking along the sea promenade to the cafés - and walking along the sea shore. I felt looked after and cared for by Sinead and Chris. Cottage was beautiful. Close to the bus station. Take to 124 to city center.

The public bus was so easy to catch and take around, we absolutely made the most of our stay.

We had a lovely stay at the Beach house, it's in a great spot, right on the beachfront in Portobello which was such a treat. Two good sized double rooms with comfy beds, a bathroom with a huge walk in shower and a kitchen/living room space for hanging out in. Plus a lovely helpful host too! Thanks for having us ❤️

We loved how homy it was and that it was right in front of the beach. The apartment was so inviting and was perfect for my 3 year old toddler. It even came with beach toys and a swing!!! Overall, the perfect retreat after a day's exploration around Edinburgh - somewhere to get warm and dry and recharge for the next day🙌
