Od osebja posebej pohvalim fanta z imenom Borja. Profesionalec od nog do glave, prijazen, ustrežljiv, že naprej vidi, kaj gost želi. Bravo!!!

Boasting a restaurant, free bikes as well as a bar, Arbaso Hotel is set in the San Sebastian City-Center of San Sebastián, 800 meters from Victoria Eugenia Theater. This was the second time we have stayed here on our way from Paris to Lisbon by car, and once again it proved to be an excellent small hotel. Conveniently located to shops, the beach, and the old town, close to parking (though we opted for the convenient valet parking). What really impresses you though is when you enter the hotel. A cosy fire burning chimney in the lobby with comfortable sofas and relaxed check in with very friendly and professional staff over a beautiful designer table. The hotel is beautifully designed, with good taste, with details that have been thought out. Its not cluttered and feels warm. Room is another design beauty. Again, not cluttered but very comfortable. Quiet area at night. The condition of the hotel is impeccable. I only wish we had more of these hotels around Spain to visit. The other reviews seem to match mine. We did not use the restaurant/bar which is frequented by classy locals with its own street entrance, but heard that it was good. Highly recommended.

This 5-star hotel is located opposite San Sebastian’s Victoria Eugenia Theatre, with views over the Cantabrian Sea and Urumea River. Fantastic breakfast (not the same as in Berlin Adlon, but also worthy); location to the old town, new town and two city beaches; attention from the staff and excellent concierge service. Catalonia Donosti has a restaurant, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and bar in San Sebastián. Beautiful, brand new hotel built on the top of a hidden hill in San Seb ... with onsite parking AND an elevator to take you down to street level. The rooms were elegant and very spacious with all the amenities (safe, coffee bar, mini bar, hairdryer)

The breakfast was superb…an enormous choice of food The room was wonderful with everything anyone could need The staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke English which helped us greatly
