Comfy beds and pillows. We are greatful to the porter who helped us with our luggage and showed the room. He spoke fluent English and was really hospitable. He added a lot to the exellent impression we got from the hotel. Unfortunately I have forgotten his name but think the management can figure out. Cleanliness.

Le Canopy by Hilton Madrid Castellana bénéficie d'un emplacement privilégié dans le centre financier et d'affaires de la ville, parmi les magasins et restaurants les plus réputés. Magnifique hôtel, très classe, le lit était d’un confort parfait. J’y étais pour séjourner à Madrid lors d’un match du Réal Madrid et l’hôtel est vraiment à à peine 5 minutes de marche du stade. Nous avons également pris un cocktail et manger quelques tapas, c’était très bon et les prix sont tout à fait comme un peu partout. C’est la deuxième fois que je viens à Madrid et je compte bien revenir dans cet hôtel la prochaine fois.

I've booked a studio room on the top floor. I have a lot of love for this room. What I love the most about the room is the light. The light streams in all day, and the room is spacious, lovely, and clean. It makes me feel at home, and the staffs are so nice and welcoming. There are a few markets in the neighborhood, it's very convenient to buy groceries. As for transportation to the center, the metro line one is around a 5-10 minute by walk, and it takes about 15 minutes to reach the Gran Via area, which is very convenient. If I were to travel to Madrid again, I would definitely book this room!
