Perfect hotel walking distance to bus/metro stop. I needed to check in later in the evening, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great room size, clean, very big shower. In more relaxed and residential area, but very close by public transport to Sagrada Familia and center. Great value for money and super cute interier. Highly recommend if you wanna stay in calm and relaxing neighbourhood with smiling and happy staff!

Catalonia La Maquinista is ideally located next to the La Maquinista Shopping Centre in Barcelona’s Sant Andreu District. Plaza de Catalunya is just a 15-minute Metro journey away. Very nice rooms and friendly staff.

Located 250 metres from the La Sagrera Metro Station in Barcelona, Apartment Sagrera features a private balcony with views of the city. Nice modern clean 3 bedroom located just 10-15min drive from main attractions. liked that we were in calm neighborhood and we had a paid parking option 1 block away. Appreciated having 2 sets of keys, laundry machine, very flexible responsive host. comfortable beds.

Met us in person, helped us park in and park out, even reserved a second parking spot for us for a reasonable fee. Warm and welcoming man. The apartment itself is spacious, two parent bedrooms, one child bedroom suitable for four children. One person could even sleep in the living room. Clean, in a great neighborhood, four bathrooms. Wow. All amenities.

A gem of a place with a gorgeous outdoor terrace that is rare to find (be respectful to neighbours), really enjoyed staying here. Water pressure was good, nice to have a dishwasher and use of the washing machine for long stays. Lovely Maite gave us great recommendations and was very easy to contact. Lots of local metro stations, area felt safe, great tapas bar nearby. The flat is well maintained and we felt we were able to let Maite know about anything and it would be fixed.
