The best thing about this hotel is the incredible view from terrace and very kind and friendly staff. They asked all the time if everything is ok. They organised shuttle from/to airport as well as private driver for pyramides, so we felt safe all the time. The room was spaceous and beds were comfortable. Breakfast tasty. AC was woking very well, so howevere there were high temperatures.

I want to thank the hotel staff for the early check-in and late check-out! The reception managers are amazing! our plans changed all the time. they met us halfway and made concessions to us. on the day of departure we went to the wrong place. There was an error in ordering a taxi. and got stuck in a heavy traffic jam. We were late leaving. but they waited for us. the child forgot his headphones and personal belongings. They called us and everything was returned. This is a very clean hotel with wonderful staff. amazing breakfasts and location. but the most important thing is the managers. They're on top. real professionals. we were so tired. it was dirty and hot in the city. but our hotel is an oasis in the desert. always clean, always greeted with a smile and ready to help in any situation.

I did tourist tours in Giza and Alexandria and they were amazing at a very good price.
