Located in Cairo’s affluent Garden City district, Kempinski Nile Hotel offers luxurious rooms on the shores of the Nile River. It features a wellness centre and a rooftop swimming pool. We had the best service from Mohammed our concierge, he was always there when we needed him, even when he was off duty, truly made our stay one for the books. The room was immaculately cleaned every time, the food, the butler service and all of the amenities were out of this world. Our tour around the pyramids with Sara was beyond excellent and Salem the manager of the Blue Restaurant went above and beyond.

Staff were very accommodating and helped with everything we needed, at anytime of the day or night. Restaurant at the hotel closed at midnight, which was great for late check ins. Breakfast was also at your convenience, and we would definitely come back here again.

However, it's the exceptional staff, like Nevine and Reem, that truly elevates this hotel to a whole new level. They made my birthday stay unforgettable, and I cannot thank them enough.
