We had the best service from Mohammed our concierge, he was always there when we needed him, even when he was off duty, truly made our stay one for the books. The room was immaculately cleaned every time, the food, the butler service and all of the amenities were out of this world. Our tour around the pyramids with Sara was beyond excellent and Salem the manager of the Blue Restaurant went above and beyond.
