This hotel is situated in Niedersfeld, 7 km from Winterberg town centre and a 5-minute drive from winter sports facilities. Free WiFi is available in all areas of the hotel. Loved the authentic German cozy atmosphere. Restaurant served delicious choices on the menu, and small pub/beer stube was fun. Breakfast was a mega spread with lots to choose from and we loved the views and the backyard patios. Very nice beds with feather comforters and personel was friendly. Definitely coming back.

It was very comfortable and the host was very nice. I definitely recommend it! Our trip was to go skiing and the ski slopes are close by. We had our car and it was very fast and easy to get to them.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It’s very clean, big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen is well-equipped: Senseo coffee maker and pads for it, enough cooking utensils, some condiments, detergents and hand soap, washing machine with a dryer. We appreciated that bed linen, towels and final cleaning were included into the price. We never met the owner but he left the key for us with explanations and photos and was easily reachable by what’s app to answer our questions. We liked the cosy sitting area on the balcony and the wonderful view from it on the lake and mountains. There is a bakery, fruit and vegetables shop and a bistro within walking distance. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes by car. You can go hiking right from the apartment and other attractions are reachable by car. For families with kids we recommend Erlebnis Kappe and Karting Winterberg.
