This charming 4-star hotel offers modern, cosy accommodation just outside the village of Neuastenberg, 5 km from the town centre of Winterberg, in the heart of the Upper Sauerland region. I have to say that the Receptionist Julian Was fantastic, very helpful, He make our stay very comfortable even we did not stay long. He has got superb attitude to customers, he made as feel as if we staying at home. Thank you Julian we did not have time to thank you as we left very early in the morning

Our room was superb with a lovely view of the backyard and forest. Warm and cozy, super comfy, fully equipped: the room even had a hairdryer with a diffuser! Exceptional breakfast! Loved the warm bread. André made us an omelet on our last day. We loved the tasteful common area with the fireplace and armchairs around it where we spent a lovely evening chatting with the owners and other guests But what makes the place super special is the adorable couple that runs it - André & Soraya. Thank you for your hospitality!

The most amazing aspect of the property was certainly the staff. Peter and Wilhelm were exceptional and catered to even the smallest and silliest requirements. I have never experienced a quality service of this standard before, mind you I have come across great services with other properties but this one was just above them all,
