They were enthusiastic to service us. They kept checking if we needed something. This is the first hotel where we can grab snacks at the bar for free.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and very helpful and polite. We had recently been in a big chain hotel with very dry air filtration but this older style hotel had traditional radiators and the air was very good and clean rooms and a nice bar downstairs to watch the football. It is so close to all the markets and Marienplatz. The rooms are very large and the beds are so comfy. The bathrooms are great too. The area is quiet and really suited us with our 5 month old son. Would definitely stay again.
